Shipping policy

We deliver to all postal addresses within New Zealand.

Courier companies do not deliver to P. O. Box addresses.

To ensure that no disputes arise, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

We ship all orders by fastest possible couriers like NZ Courier, PBT, FedEx etc.

Your orders will only be dispatched once we receive full payment for the products purchased. The same applies in a lay-buy arrangement. Standard shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver. Deliveries may not be possible on public holidays or on Sundays. Shipping charges displayed during purchase are applicable within NZ only.
